Abstract566)   HTML    PDF (1408KB)(166)
Penetration is not only the technical parameters to characterize the soft and hard degree and anti⁃fatigue at medium temperature of asphalt products, but also the classification index of penetration classification system. The research results in the literature show that the logarithm of penetration is correlated with with Celsius temperature. But correlations between the logarithm and double logarithm of penetration with Celsius temperature, reciprocal of absolute temperature, are rarely studied. In order to investigate the correlations among penetration classification system, viscosity classification system and Performance Grade classification system, ten asphalt products produced by two kinds of crude oil were used to study the linear correlations between the logarithm and double logarithm of penetration with Celsius temperature and reciprocal of absolute temperature at 15, 25 and 30 ℃, respectively,as well as the linear correlation between the slope and intercept of these linear correlations.Through the comparison of correlation coefficients of referenced literatures at home and abroad for the past 80 years,it is found that the linear relationship between the logarithm of penetration and Celsius temperature does not represent the optimal linear relationship between penetration and temperature, and the linear correlation between the logarithm of penetration and reciprocal of absolute temperature is better than that between the logarithm of penetration and Celsius temperature. The correlation coefficient between the slope and intercept in the linear equation between the logarithm of penetration and the reciprocal of absolute temperature is higher. It is found that the relationship between penetration and temperature of all asphalt in the previous studies can be expressed by one equation.

Abstract576)      PDF (2683KB)(441)
The nanometer autonomous vehicle assembly MoNiP hydrogenation catalysts were prepared by homogeneous precipitation using thiourea as precipitant matrix and citric acid as complexing agen. The catalysts were characterized by BET, NH3TPD, FTIR spectra of CO adsorbed and XPS. The results of BET and FTIR spectra of CO showed that when the content of thiourea was 40%, catalytic performance of the catalyst was best. The homogeneous precipitation catalyst achieved the desulfurization rate of 95.3% which was higher than the reference catalyst by 1.7%.

Abstract384)      PDF (2331KB)(245)
Algorithm of making stripping schedule for multi-product pipeline available had their own defects and limitations. It could not be applied to multi-product pipeline in China directly. The new algorithm for certain multi-product pipeline was put forwards to make stripping schedule on the basis of referring to master-clock method and adopting its advantages of speeding the calculation through variable paces and being flexible and adding interface′s reaching stations to the set of control points and introducing capacity of the pipeline as a constraint, in which almost all factors considered when manually making a new schedule are involved. The algorithm can track positions of interfaces all time. The corresponding software has been developed which is being applied on three pipelines in China. The application shows that the algorithm is feasible.

Abstract450)      PDF (1118KB)(271)

The complex supporters with different mass fraction of TiO 2 for preparation W 2N/γ-Al 2O 3-TiO 2 catalyst were made by titanic acid tetra-butyl ester sol-gel method and γ-Al 2O 3 as raw materials. The catalyst precursors, WO 3/TiO 2-Al 2O 3, with different WO 3 content were prepared at 500 ℃ baking for 5 h after loading ammonium paratungstate。The precursors were deoxidized and nitrification in H 2/N 2 (volume ratio of 1∶(4~5) gas-flow of 10 800 h-1 through temperature programmed could get the catalysts. And the catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,BET,XPS and TG/DTA. The influence of mass fraction of TiO 2 on its specific surface, its acid amount and its performance for thiophen HDS was investigated in miniature high pressure device of the fixed bed. The results show that when the mass fraction of TiO 2 is 6% in the catalyst, its acid amount and its specific surface are the largest, they are 0.184 9 mmol/g and 107.2 m 2/g respectively. And the activity of the catalyst for thiophene HDS is the best, at 330 ℃, pressure 3 MPa, weight hour space velocity 6 h-1, hydrogen oil ratio 900∶1, the conversion rate of thiophen is up to 56.4%. 
